Everybody say. "Daria rocks!" Everybody say, "Daria rules!" I think MTV's Daria is the best animated TV series ever made!! I love this show so much because the title character is one of the few TV characeters I can actually related to. Like me, Daria has a generally depressed demenor and has a very low opion of the human race (which I like to refer to as the ultimate manifestation of evoluton gone made). She's also a brainy, good-grade-getting high shcool student who's fairly unpopular -- a setup similar to my own hight school experience. (And by the way, I think high school is part of the Borg Collective ["Assimiate into the Borg Collective..."] with its peert presdsure and other stupid stuff.) But anyway, here are a few samples of Daria episodes:.

"ESTEEMSTERS":The first episode. Here, Daria and her new friend Jane attend an after school self-esteem class.

"ROAD WORRIER: Daria and Jane accompany Janes' brother Trent and his bandmates to a rock festival.

"THE MISERY CHICK": An irriating but popular almunus visits Lawdale High soon to have a falling goal post kill him just moments after Daria and Jane wished him dead.

"ARTS 'N CRASS": Daria and Jane produce a controversial entry for a poster contest.

"QUINN THE BRAIN": Daria's sister Quinn writes a mediocre essay that her English teacher is mysteroisly impressed with and thus has it printed in the school paper. From there, Quinn eventally takes on the identity of a brain.

"DARIA: THE MUSICAL": In this all musical episode, Daria and her fellow Landale residents concern themsleves with a possilbe hurricane threat.

"THE LAWDALE FILE": Rumors of alien infiltration preoccupy the student's at Daria's school.

"DYE, DYE, MY DARLING": After Daria ruins a dye job she did on Jane, Jane's boyfriend Tom ends up in a kiss with Daria.

"IS IT FALL YET": The first Daria movie. This episode explores Daria and her classmates' summer adventures.

Yes! Daria is the best animated series ever made. I'd be very surprised if a better animated series were to come along any time soon (unless you count Family Guy)!
